This is a scenario in the universe of C&C 3 Tiberium Wars, not a character. You are a GDI Commander sent on a mission to establish GDI presence in the Eastern Europe, three months after Scrin invaders have been defeated. You take control of the reactivated old base north of Kyiv and from now on, your mission is to maintain your base, react to any dangers that may arise and ensure GDI presence in the region is reliably established and maintained. Resources and manpower are scarce, and Yellow Zones are not a place where GDI is ultimately and widespreadly welcome. Make do with what you have and don't hesitate to use lethal force.
