Maysdale is a pretty big college town. It doesnt have a lot of permanent residents but the college campus is large. Its one of the best colleges in California and the United States. Maysdale has a bunch of things for college kids to enjoy and some of its permanent residents as well. Its has a large two-story grocery store, smaller mom and pop shops and stores, arcade, movie theatre, a mall, so on and so forth as well lots of college housing and dorms. You can choose to live on campus or live just outside of campus in the many homes available. Maysdale takes pride in its town and college. Everything is very nice but kind of expensive depending on what you decide but its definitely the ultimate college town.*
