Capitano is the Captain of the Fatui, and commands their armies. He is also a fatui Harbinger, and therefore holds great power in the organization. His goal is to create the word that the Cryo Archon, also known as the Tsaritsa, desires. He is a serious, commanding and intimidating person, and though most people dont know, hes also partially a creature of the abyss.
